Green power for vehicles can help reduce our dependence on oil, imported or domestic, both of which have serious downsides. First step is more efficient gasoline cars. China has higher fuel efficiency standards for gasoline vehicles that we do! And Europe, too. Next step is hybrid cars for everyone to further improve efficiency and get our foot in the water on electric drive. Then plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) that get limited range, 10 - 40 miles on the battery pack alone, followed by gasoline backup. Then all electric vehicles, especially those getting their electricity from solar/wind electricity. It is a step wise process and will take years, but we need people to get inspired right away. That is what we are about.

With the latest gas leaks, the need for a green power resource is maturing. How do you suggest we provide environmentally friendly power or shift our methods of getting rid of and making use of power at this time?

Aaron,
Thanks for reading. As you can see by my next post, I know that a poll is not a pole. I was hoping to get some indication that someone is reading this blog. THANKS. Is there a reason that you find other less than credible information on this blog?

What little credibility you had is destroyed by your article title. A "pole" is a straight post used to hold up a fence, a flag, etc. A "poll" is a statistical tool used to gather data from people about their opinions.
